Bread for the Journey

We need this Bread (the Eucharist) to face the fatigue and weariness of our journey. Sunday, the Lord's Day is a favourable opportunity to draw strength from him, the Lord of Life.

Christ is truly present among us in the Eucharist. His presence is not static. It is a dynamic presence that grasps us, to make us his own, to make us assimilate him.
